Firstly mix the baking powder, baking soda, the flour and about a quarter of a teaspoon of salt, mix it with a wooden spoon in a bowl.

Secondly, put the butter into another bowl and keep mixing it while adding the sugar, then the eggs, the chocolate and then the vanilla flavor.

Next, add the mix you did in step one and the water, don’t mix it all at once do it slowly. Spread flour on the cake pans.

Then put half of it into a cake pan and the other half on the other cake pan and spread it evenly. Bake it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile get another mixing bowl and mix the butter, the cream cheese, the vanilla flavor and the powdered sugar.

Now, take the cakes out of the pan, put the icing into an icing bag and put the icing on the top of a cake, place the other cake on top of it and put the rest of the icing on top of the other one.

Finally, make the top icing flat and sprinkle evenly the green tea powder and then put the creeper stencil close to the cake and sprinkle cocoa powder so you have a creeper face on top of the cake.
